SWEET ADELINE

Just some photos of Adeline. She is changing every day!

These are of her in her new room and trying rice cereal for the first time. oh, and some of her just hanging out.

Just some photos of the kids. Some are from a carnival at a church that we took the kids to. Our neighbors are great and invited us to go. Suburban life has it's adjustments, but Jackson loves the house and meeting his new friends in the neighborhood.

He is actually driving me nuts! Always wants to be outside playing with them. He could play for 6 hours outside with them and has! The little boy next door is 4 and loves dress up and Star Wars. Jack is in HEAVEN! Oh, and did I mention he has a trampoline! There is also a picture of Phil mowing his first lawn. I had to take a photo so people would believe me (Phil has always hated yard work).

My dad came to visit and help us around the house as well.

Living with MOM!

When we moved to Colorado there was a period of time that me and the kids had to live with my mom and step dad. During this time Phil was in Denver starting his new job and looking for our home.

I would go over on the weekends ( 4hr drive each way with two kids....more like 5hrs with pee breaks) and we would stay with Phil and look for houses. What was so difficult about this, besides being away from Phil, was where Phil was living. He was staying in corporate housing. This apartment was a tiny bedroom and tiny kitchenette/living room. Try cramming a family of four in here... not fun! I would sleep in the bed with the baby and Phil on the couch with Jack on the floor. IT SUCKED!!!! It took six weeks and three offers on three houses. Who knew buying a house sucked so bad. I was all excited until after the first house fiasco

Here are photos from the time we spent with my mom. The ones with Jack are at a bird sanctuary. The Adeline one was with my Grandma. So there were four generations there. My grandma is not really there anymore because of the Alzheimer's, but she just loved spending time with Addie. She kept saying she was so pretty and then would ask how old she was. The other Addie one is her on the floor getting mad.

We are slow,but here are some photos of the kids from around April. We spent Easter with my family up at my brothers cabin in the mountains. It was cold, but that did not stop us from having an Easter Egg hunt! I will post more that are from the last few months.

Love being back in Colorado with old friends and my family. We are getting to see a lot of my brother and sisiter in-law and also my mom.

We just got back from a camping trip....I will post those photos soon.

Our House..in the middle of our...

We've been way slack in keeping this post up to speed...sorry guys.

Thought folks might want to see the new house.

We moved in the house in May and have enjoyed our first Summer. Getting used to the chores of owning a home has been an adjustment.

The weather in Colorado has been A LOT hotter than we'd grown acustomed to in Oakland.

Anyway, we love the new house. Hope everyone can come for a visit.
